Malaika Arora who is now among the hottest and fittest women of Bollywood over 50 dropped a new yoga video on her Instagram giving some fitness advice to her followers and motivating them to adapt to a healthy life style. Chaiyya Chiayya dancer showed her fitness and flexibility as she demonstrated a few yoga poses in this video and showed off her fit toned figure.
